Turquoise and gold Murano clasp

Turquoise, both natural and emulated, has fallen in and out of style countless times over the centuries. This vintage Murano piece is an elegant emulation from the 1940s. The real gold dust stands in for the veins in the turquoise-color glass. The cabochon is 14 mm wide and is set in a sterling silver box clasp. The clasp is 30 mm from ring to ring.
