These vintage glass beads were made in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s in molds. And these are definitely 1960s colors! This is a top-drilled bead with the hole going across the neck of the scallop. The ruffled part hangs down. The shape says scallop shell, but the color says something else altogether. These beads are randomly striped with brown, rust red, and yellow stripes. The stripes are mostly vertical. Many beads are different. The size, however, is consistent. The bead is 14 mm from the neck to the ruffle. It is 6 mm from hole to hole and 14 mm at the widest point. Price is for 10 beads.
