Hand-wound glass beads

These beautiful beads are hand-made in Istanbul, Turkey. Each strand is unique with a mix of colors ranging from blues to greens to browns to orange and reds. The beads are 18 mm with a large hole. There is some amount of slight variation in the size of the beads due to their hand-made nature. It is hard to describe the charm of these beads. Each strand is like receiving a bag of marbles. They feel full of possibility. The bead channel is 6 mm. These beads would be suitable for either jewelry making or macrame. The strand is 28 inches long and contains approximately 50 beads.
