Faux jade clasp

When simplicity is what you need, this is the clasp to reach for. It is a piece of vintage West German glass made to look like jade. And very, very deep green jade it is. It is that luscious deep green that is mesmerizing. I used to house sit for a couple whose bedroom was painted this color. I loved it -– it was so calming. The centerpiece measures 16 mm by 21 mm and is set in a handmade sterling silver box clasp. The clasp is 35 mm from ring to ring.
