Faceted turquoise clasp

A multi-level faceted hexagon builds up to a peak in this clasp. The turquoise-color piece of glass is Czechoslovakian from the 1940s. The cabochon is 12 mm high and 18 mm wide and set in a sterling silver box clasp. The clasp is 42 mm from ring to ring. Available with one ring or two rings. Please specify.
