Black round tube bead with gold stripe

These hand-wound glass beads were created in India in the mid 1990s. These beads were made to rival those made in Murano, Italy. The bead is 28 mm long and 12 mm wide at the widest point. The background color is opaque black. The bead is enlivened with a delicate gold metallic line that wanders over the bead. Because each bead is hand-made, there are slight variations in size and the vine pattern is different on each one. The bead channel is 1 mm. Price is for 10 beads.
