Birds and butterflies kimono

Subtle yet filled with life would best describe this kimono. The kimono is various shades of soft browns and tans. Woven into the fabric are subtle birds in white and butterflies and flowers in the softest possible purple. There are patterns of gold hand-painted on the fabric and standing ostriches (?) highlited with blue. In Japanese culture the butterfly most often symbolizes transformation. This kimono is 100 percent silk. It is a vintage garment in very good condition. It has been professionally dry cleaned. The kimono is fully lined with silk. It is 51 inches long and will fit most people.
