| A lovely mother of pearl dish is the perfect presentation for caviar. Mother of pearl is the preferred material for caviar service since it does not affect the taste of the caviar. This dish is enhanced by a sterling silver accent featuring a hand-wrought vine and leaf design. The design is very delicate and is repeated on the handle of the matching server. The serving shell ranges in size from 6 to 7 inches across. There are three ball feet attached to the bottom of the shell so that it sits steadily on the table. The caviar service comes with a serving paddle that is approximately 5.5 inches long. The 3-inch-long handle is sterling silver, and the remainder is mother of pearl. The service comes in a beautiful handmade presentation box. The box has a black bottom and a denim blue top. The paddle stores in the top of the box. |
